We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Corporate Tax Intern to join our tax team for the upcoming term. This internship is designed for students who want hands‑on experience in corporate taxation and U.S. tax compliance within a fast‑paced business environment. You’ll work closely with experienced tax professionals and gain exposure to real‑world tax processes that support strategic business decisions.

- Assist with corporate tax return preparation: Support the preparation of federal, state, and U.S. international tax filings and related schedules.
